The AMB20 transponder is no longer manufactured or serviced by AMB.
I buy working or non-working AMB20 transponders.
What is the difference between AMB20 and AMBrc transponders?
AMB20 are the older analogue system and unique numbers are 1-10 and on some rarer system 1-20.
The casing is black and the original battery is Ni-cd.
Not compatible with AMBrc systems.
AMBrc are the current digital model and each one has a unique number.
The casing is red and the battery is Ni-mh.
Not compatible with AMB20 systems.
Only the AMBrc system supports AMBrc DP (direct powered) personal transponders.

AMBrc transponder original batteries typically last from 3 - 5 years.
If they do not run flashing green for at least 8 hours then it is time to think about having the batteries replaced.
If the run time has decreased to under 8 hours the battery can lose its remaining capacity very quickly.

This transponder contains a long life battery that does not require charging. The battery is only triggered when the transponder passes over the special AMB Active Loop.
I currently do not have testing facilities for 140s however the battery replacement service is guaranteed. If the transponder still does not work after battery replacement then it can be returned for a full refund.
