How to send transponders for repair in Australia

1. Send your info
   via EMAIL or TEXT

   Name:
   Return postal address:
   Email address:
   Mobile number:
   Transponder number:
   
   Or if you prefer old school, print REPAIR FORM (PDF) and include with transponder
   
   
2. Only send transponder, but if you have doubts about your charger send the power pack & cradle for free testing

3. Send me tracking info. A clear photo of the tracking QR code sent to email or text is prefered.
   
   
4. DO NOT request signature upon delivery.
5. DO NOT send me prepaid postage items to return your transponder in.
   
6. DO NOT send transponders in plain paper envelope as it will tear open in the mail and get lost.

What happens next?

1. You will be advised when your transponder is received
2. Within a few days you will be emailed an invoice with bank transfer details
3. When payment is received transponder will be dispatched next day with tracking info sent to you
