• In the unlikely event a transponder is not repairable there is no charge for the attempted repair.
• Non-repairable transponders are broken down for recycling and not returned unless you specifically ask for return.
• Please do NOT use a shipping service that requires signature upon delivery as this can cause delivery malfunction. Majority of shipping methods have online tracking which provides sufficient security.
• IMPORTANT: ALL shipments from outside Australia MUST be valued at less than a total of $100AUD, $100USD, €50, £50 to avoid import duty
